Superior Design

The smarter way to do solar

Conventional methods of mounting solar arrays are tedious, time-consuming and leave systems prone to theft with standard tools. But by streamlining these functions into a sleek system, Trinamount makes solar array installation faster and simpler.

What sets Trinamount apart is the groove on Trinamount module frames. This design innovation allows solar modules to be connected directly to other modules, mounting hardware, grounding devices, and aesthetic accessories.

Features

Fast and Easy Installations – One click and it’s done
By getting rid of the two-rail system, Trinamount systems can be installed up to 5 times faster. Only a few basic lines need to be laid out and components simply drop in and twist into place with quarter turns.

Trinamount modules can also be individually rotated and PV arrays can be easily leveled so it is simple to create a clean-looking array on even imperfect surfaces without time-consuming shimming of modules.

Fewer parts – One tool
One special tool connects modules to each other, installs and adjusts landing feet and grounding components. Trinamount requires few parts, none of which need to be cut or fastened to the roof, and needs only one tool, which saves you logistics costs and time. There are no fixed mounting rails, and other parts to ship, catalog and adjust.

More Secure from Theft
Trinamount systems are more difficult to disassemble. Because Trinamount has simplified mounting and installation to only require one special tool, arrays cannot be taken apart using common tools, unlike conventional solar panel arrays.

Maximize Roofspace – Install modules portrait or landscape
Unlike conventional mounting systems, which mount solar panels in a portrait orientation, Trinamount systems can also be installed in either landscape or portrait orientation because it doesn’t use rails or rafters. Because many residential roofs are often longer than they are wide, Trina mount's flexibility allows roofs to hold larger arrays and produce more energy.

Self-Grounding
There is no need to separately ground each module and component part. A single ground lug grounds multiple modules.

More Attractive
Trinamount does not leave visible rail-ends at array edges. Array skirts that attach easily to modules keep your array looking clean.

Accommodates any Roof
Trinamount has systems that can be easily installed on flat, tiled and pitched roofs.

Save money
By reducing the parts and labor needed, Trinamount makes solar energy even more affordable. As installation and material costs become an even larger share of the cost of solar energy, choosing Trinamount can make a considerable impact on your bottom line.

Best-in-class web-based system design software
Trinamount’s Online Design Tool allows you to quickly design your system. When you log on, you can easily generate layout designs, attachment point spans, cantilever allowances and bills of materials. Order the right parts the first time to save yourself time and hassle.
