Trinasolar, a global leader in smart PV and energy storage solutions, will supply latest Vertex N G3 modules to MaxSolar, a holistic renewable energy infrastructure developer and operator, for five solar projects in Germany.<\/p>\n
The agreement expands the companies\u2019 existing cooperation and marks MaxSolar\u2019s transition to Trinasolar\u2019s latest generation of utility-scale module technology.<\/p>\n

Under the agreement, Trinasolar will supply 74MW of its Vertex N G3 dual-glass n-type modules (NEG19RC.20Q) across the five projects. Deliveries are scheduled to take place during Q4 2026.<\/p>\n

Vertex N G3 supporting long-term project performance<\/strong><\/p>\n combines high power output and strong energy yield with long-term reliability, supporting the performance and economics of utility-scale solar projects. Based on Trinasolar\u2019s third-generation n-type i-TOPCon Ultra cell technology, the platform introduces a quarter-cut cell design, evolving from the half-cut architecture of previous module generations. \u00a0By reducing current flow and electrical resistance within the module, the quarter-cut design helps minimise power losses and improve thermal performance, contributing to module efficiencies of up to 24.8%.<\/p>\n The modules also offer 85% bifaciality and are designed to deliver strong performance across a broad range of operating conditions, including low-irradiance and high-temperature environments. An optimised temperature coefficient of -0.26%\/\u00b0C supports energy generation as module temperatures rise and can deliver up to 1.55% more power than mainstream modules at peak operating temperatures.<\/p>\n \u201cThe requirements for modern renewable energy infrastructure are evolving rapidly.
