As 2025 comes to an end, I want to take a moment—not just to look at our numbers, milestones, or new projects, but to reflect on the journey we've been on together.

This year has been a wild ride for all of us in the industry. We've faced ups and downs, price pressures, and constant changes. Our industry struggled, markets shifted fast, and it sometimes felt like the rules of the game changed every week.

But through all of this, I have good news: solar and storage kept growing. We're helping to speed up the energy transition in Europe and Latin America, and I'm truly proud of what we're accomplishing together.

For us at Trinasolar, 2025 was all about developing our solutions and services and strengthening our position in the market. We deepened our relationships, completed projects that made a real difference, and launched new ideas that are already shaping what's next. One of my favorite moments was bringing together our Europe and LAC teams—unifying incredible talent and passion from both regions under one vision. ONE TEAM!

A Year of Trust, Recognition, and Big Responsibility

Keeping sustainability at the center of what we do wasn't just a slogan this year—it was real action. We reached the SSI ESG Standard Certification, boosted our EcoVadis rating, and got recognized by TÜV Rheinland for making our supply chain more transparent. These aren't just boxes to check; they're proof that we're serious about making energy cleaner, fairer, and more honest. I'm especially proud of our collaboration with HoloSolis, which strengthened our commitment to Europe and local manufacturing in Europe and brought greater supply stability to our customers.

But honestly, what meant the most this year wasn't the awards or certificates—it was trust. Trust is built over time by showing up, keeping our promises, and having each other's backs when things get tough. That's what really sets us apart, and it's what we'll keep building on.

Growing Together, Side by Side

One of the best parts of this year was getting to see so many of you in person again. Our Powering Connections events in Spain, Germany, Italy, and Poland were a reminder that our success truly comes from real conversations, teamwork, and community—not just technology.

Looking Ahead to 2026

Even with some uncertainty out there, I feel genuinely hopeful. Here's why:

• Demand for clean energy isn't slowing down, it's growing.
• We're seeing more projects combining PV, Tracker and Storage.
• Solar 2.0 as I like to call the storage market, is a reality, and the market is literally exploding!

Most importantly, we have the right solutions, the right partners, and a winning strategy. In 2026, we'll keep focusing on partnership, innovation, and delivering real value—not just through technology, but through our support, our expertise, and the trust we've built together.
