Under the Same Roof

In October 2022, Trina Solar lit up the solar industry with our #UnderTheSameRoof competition, a celebration of the hardworking installers who are leading the charge towards energy independence and a carbon-free future. We wanted to give our installers and their respective Trina Solar distributors the chance to shine and win some incredible prizes.

Entering the competition was a breeze. All the installers had to do was head over to our competition landing page, submit their details, upload some images of the project, and select the category that best fit their project: Residential, Commercial and Industrial, or Innovative.

As the competition kicked off, we were blown away by the number of submissions we received. Our panel of expert judges carefully evaluated each entry and narrowed it down to 3 finalists in the innovation category. The public then had the chance to weigh in and vote for their favourite project.

The votes are in, and we are thrilled to announce the winners!

In the Residential category:

1st place, winning a full-expense paid trip for 2 to Thailand is Darosol Solar S.A from Spain.

2nd place, winning an iPad Pro is UAB Du Laidai from Lithuania.

3rd place, winning an Amazon gift card worth 250 euros is Sunworks CI from the UK.

In the C&I category:

1st place, winning a full-expense paid trip for 2 to Thailand is Sunworks CI from the UK.

2nd place, winning an iPad Pro is EKONERG from Croatia.

3rd place, winning an Amazon gift card worth 250 euros is Tecsol from France.

And finally, our innovation award goes to:

KummerGmbH @Co.KG, an installer from Germany who has won an iPad Pro.

We’d like to extend our warmest congratulations to our winning installers and their trusted Trina Solar distributors for each category. We’d also like to thank every single #UnderTheSameRoof project submission. Your outstanding work has not gone unnoticed and Trina Solar looks forward to building a carbon-free future with you.
