Trina Storage, Trinasolar’s utility energy storage business, has been selected to supply the battery energy storage system (BESS) for Stage One of Frontier Energy’s Waroona Renewable Energy Project in Western Australia.

Trina Storage, the energy storage business unit of Trinasolar, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with AMP-lify, a Japanese clean energy platform, to supply approximately 1 GWh of grid-connected battery energy storage system (BESS) equipment for AMP-lify’s projects. AMP-lify develops, constructs and operates grid-connected BESS, utility-scale solar, and onshore wind projects across Japan.

Trinasolar, a global leader in smart photovoltaic (PV) and energy storage solutions, has supplied 184,328 Vertex N 695W modules to the 126 MW Sarimay Solar PV power plant in Uzbekistan’s Khorezm region. Now fully commissioned, Sarimay Solar is delivering renewable electricity to the country’s national grid.

Adelaide, 7 September 2026: Trinasolar, a global leader in smart PV and energy storage solutions, has supplied 200 Trinasolar Vertex S+ 500W (NEG18R.28) solar modules for a new 100 kW rooftop solar system at one of South Australia’s most recognised tourism and hospitality landmarks, the National Wine Centre of Australia.

Trina Storage, the global energy storage solutions provider and a business unit of Trinasolar, has received the 2026 “AIDC Energy Storage TOP Benchmark Award” for its full-stack energy storage and power architecture for artificial intelligence data centres. The award was presented on 24 July at the 2026 Gaogong Energy Storage Summit in Nantong, Jiangsu, China.

Organized by All Solar, Trinasolar’s module distributor in Uzbekistan, the visit focused on how battery energy storage systems (BESS) could support Uzmetkombinat’s industrial energy requirements.
