Located in the Qingnan Community, Qinghu Town, Donghai County, Lianyungang, this new village installation was completed in early 2014 providing Trina enabled power to 129 families in the community. With a total installed capacity of 381KW, a large part of the self-generated power (80%) is used by the village community and the remaining power is transferred to the grid.. This project marked the start of family-distributed photovoltaic power generation in China. It is the first rural community village with photovoltaic power generation on closely-adjoining roofs.

In order to realize the task of replacing the aging façade at its main facility in Örnsköldsvik, and at the same time create a system to save on power costs by using renewable energy sources, BAE Systems Hägglunds partnered with Trina Solar, Selga (part of the Rexel group) and engineering firm Goodtech.

Ukranian company Eco-Optima is focused on the development and application of renewable, eco-friendly energy sources and in June 2015 commissioned this 4 MW project expansion at the Sambir Solar Station 2 in the district of Lviv.

This greenhouse for organic citrus has an integrated monitoring system that remotely controls the photovoltaic plant and the microclimate parameters needed for the crop’s development. Thanks to this, the investment, which is intended to make use of the structure’s roof, has turned out to be very profitable and environmentally friendly.

Glasgow-based Edison Energy, along with Trina Solar, has provided hundreds of social housing tenants not only with cheaper, sustainable power, but also in some cases with external wall insulation and rendering to maximise the benefits.
