Floating solar power in Drenthe, Netherlands

The Netterden Group has strengthened its sustainability credentials with a new floating solar installation in Ellertshaar, Drenthe, supplying clean energy directly to its local sand extraction operations. The project, delivered by Solinoor and featuring Trinasolar’s Vertex N modules, showcases how innovative solar solutions can meet industrial energy needs while supporting local initiatives.

Green Solar Home

In Oberhaching, Green Home Solar GmbH has delivered five residential photovoltaic installations, each with a capacity of 24.9 kWp, transforming rooftops into efficient sources of clean energy. The systems are equipped with Trinasolar Vertex 450 W Full Black modules and are designed for residential use with partial grid feed-in. Each installation is expected to generate around 30,000 kWh of clean electricity annually, supporting energy independence, increasing property value, and contributing to a more sustainable, low-emission future for homeowners.

Córdoba Campiña project, Spain

The Campiña project, located in Córdoba, Spain, has an installed capacity of 11.32 MW. The power station comprises 186 Vanguard-1P trackers and 21,180 bifacial modules. The entire station is integrated with the Smart Cloud platform, with 62 trackers equipped with the SuperTrack algorithm. Commissioned in September 2022, the project is capable of supplying electricity to 7,500 households and reduces carbon dioxide emissions by 4,500 tons annually.

Shandong Renquan project, China

To address the challenges faced by this power station, TrinaTracker implemented its self-developed intelligent control system as a pilot project in August 2023. This solution integrates the smart control system, Trina Smart Cloud platform, and the SuperTrack smart algorithm, achieving seamless integration of hardware and software. With its advantages of “high reliability, high performance, and high efficiency,” the solution leverages intelligent and digital technologies to enhance power generation efficiency and optimise the operation and maintenance of aging power stations.

Hebei Nangong project, China

The Nangong City Guoshun 400 MW agrivoltaic farming project features Trinasolar’s 210 mm Vertex modules and Vanguard-2P trackers. Successfully connected to the grid on December 30, 2020, this project serves as further validation of Trinasolar’s position as the industry’s only provider of a fully integrated solution combining modules and trackers.

Kaitāia Kohirā project, New Zealand

Located near Kaitāia in northern New Zealand, the Kohirā solar farm covers approximately 64 hectares and has a capacity of about 33 MW. It is equipped with 61,000 units of Trinasolar’s signature 210 mm Vertex modules, paired with TrinaTracker’s Vanguard‑2P trackers, marking a milestone in empowering local green development through integrated module and tracker solutions.

Photovoltaic and mining composite PV power plant in Ningxia, China

The power station is located in the Meihuajing mining area of Ningdong Energy and Chemical Base in Ningxia Hui autonomous region. The project adopts 55 MW Vertex N 720 W series modules, utilising land resources such as goaf areas, subsidence areas, and barren mountains and slopes. It embraces integration of new energy development and mining ecological governance based on local conditions, and drives the green development of coal mining subsidence areas with solar energy.
