"Silent Dialogue Session" for Deaf and Non-Speaking Employees
In March 2024, Trinasolar held a dedicated “Silent Dialogue Session” using sign language interpretation, visual aids, and real-time captioning. Psychological Care Hotline for Mental Health Support
Launched in 2023, Trinasolar’s psychological care hotline offers confidential one-on-one counseling to support employees facing challenges such as career stress, interpersonal concerns, or emotional wellbeing.
