Munich, Nov 18, 2025 – Trina Storage, the global leading energy storage solution provider, today announced the launch of Elementa Electra, an advanced integrated battery-to-grid energy storage solution designed for large-scale renewable and storage applications. As an AC-coupled BESS solution, Elementa Electra integrates the battery system with an AC-side unit that combines power conversion and medium-voltage step-up functions — enabling efficient power conversion, more coordinated performance between DC and AC subsystems and streamlined grid connection.</p>

Trina Storage, the energy storage arm of Trinasolar, has signed its first energy storage project in Greece with PPC Renewables, marking a major milestone for the company’s expansion into Southeastern Europe. The 50 MW / 200 MWh Amyntaio project in Western Macedonia is one of the biggest BESS projects in Greece and represents a cornerstone for Trina Storage’s future pipeline in the region. </p>

The module also achieved the A+A fire safety classification under the IEC 61730 standard, highlighting its robust flame spread resistance for residential and commercial rooftop use. </p>
