A supermarket in Vinslöv, Sweden, has strengthened its sustainability credentials with a new rooftop solar installation, designed to cut grid reliance and lower operational costs. The system, distributed by Krannich Solar and installed by Thells Elektriska, showcases how solar energy can directly support the retail sector’s transition to clean power.

The installation features 320 Vertex S+ modules, delivering a total capacity of 144 kWp. With an expected annual generation of around 120,000 kWh, the system provides a substantial portion of the supermarket’s electricity demand, reducing both costs and carbon emissions.

By combining high-efficiency solar technology with expert design and installation, this project demonstrates how Trinasolar’s Vertex S+ modules are helping commercial buildings make the most of available rooftop space, ensuring reliable performance and long-term energy savings.
