Trinasolar tops BNEF bankability rating for the 8th time

BNEF's annual bankability survey, a key reference for solar investment decisions, gathers insights from technical advisers, independent power producers, and solar engineering contractors. This year, the survey evaluated 68 module brands, involving projects approximately 1.34 TW of financed solar capacity.
Accoring to BNEF's report, nearly all applicable participants in the bankability survey purchased modules with TOPCon cells and all participants consider TOPCon cells to be bankable. BNEF also expects TOPCon cells to remain the main cell technology through 2028.

BNEF also highlights that supply chain traceability expands in importance and scope. Trinasolar is the first in the industry to achieve AA rating for PV supply chain traceability covering all stages from polysilicon to modules from TÜV Rheinland, the highest possible rating, demonstrating its outstanding supply chain management capabilities.
In addition, Trinasolar remains a consistent presence on BNEF's Tier 1 module manufacturer list and has maintained a Tier 1 ranking in energy storage for nine consecutive quarters, further reinforcing its reputation as a reliable, technologically advanced PV and energy storage solutions provider.
