Optimized Tracking & Energy Yield

Single Drive configurations, with one drive unit per row, are designed for standard row lengths and conventional wind conditions, delivering a balanced combination of tracking accuracy, energy yield, and lifecycle reliability. The SuperTrack Smart Tracking Algorithm enhances performance against wind by 20% and can increase energy generation by up to 8% compared with conventional tracking systems.

Engineered for Reliability & Stability

The Vanguard 1P is built to withstand challenging conditions with advanced engineering features:
Bi-Damper System reduces tracker oscillation time, increasing critical wind speed and improving dynamic stability.
Global patented spherical bearings adjustability alleviate the damage caused by uneven foundation settlement during operations. The spherical bearings dissipate the extra stress caused by the deformation of the tracker system, thus reducing the load and failure rate of each component.
Optimized Torque Tubes increase torsional resistance by 29.6% and bending resistance by 12.4%.

Compatibility & Smart Operation

Vanguard 1P is compatible with the latest framed modules, including 700W+ N-type modules, and supports up to 93 modules per tracker (1500V string).
The tracker offers flexible foundation options (direct ramming, pre-drilling, micropiles, PHC piles) and is suitable for uneven terrain.
Smart operation features include configurable wind control, digital inclinometer sensors, and wireless communication options (LoRa/Zigbee), ensuring optimized O&M efficiency and reliable performance in diverse conditions.
